Diane my little sister with a big heart and a big mouth, now I'm talking like a real sister! We had so much fun together growing up. I was required by my Mother to take Diane and my little brother Alex with me on all my adventures in the neighborhood. Roller skating, bike rides, building forts and unauthorized trips to Dairy Queen and the corner store for candy. Our two older brothers Arthur and Scott were on their own Adventures caddying at the Hillview Country Club, fishing or playing street hockey. We grew up in a trusted world. The rules were make your bed, do your chores and be home for lunch and supper. Where you went off to,no questions asked. Diane and I went to Ballet, Tap and Jazz classes together taught by the famous Mrs. Eramo
.we moved to Winchester in high school and worked at my Dad's subshops and bowling alley. I met my husband at church after shaking off my wild oats, where Diane was my maid of honor. My five children were all a part of her wedding, keyboardist Britney, David II ring bearer Bradford usher,Katie and Audrey flower girls. We traveled all over the country, and disconnected a bit,but she was a Woman of faith thanks to my Mother taking us to Saint Theresa in North Reading. She has met Mom,Dad Arthur,Scott and Mrs Hodgson and many more at the pearly gates. Will miss her dearly, but know I will see her again where there are no tears, death or pain, only eternal bliss made possible by our Savior Jesus.

I am one of Diane’s nieces, and I am so heartbroken to hear of her passing. My mother and Diane were sisters, and whenever they’d get together they would always share many laughs- Aunt Diane was absolute hilarious! Diane and my uncle Warren were always such a welcome sight every holiday, and were always up for a game, a long walk, or a chat. Diane made me feel so special and seen as a young person, and always included me in conversations or asked my opinion about whatever was the topic of the day. Rest in peace, Aunt Diane. You’ll certainly be missed and talked of often.

I am one of Diane’s nieces and was a flower girl in her wedding. This was such a special day for me and my siblings! Diane gave us each a special role and made the day so magical. She had a great sense of humor too. I loved watching her and my mom laugh like girls together. Rest in peace, aunt Diane. I wish we had more time together, but I’ll always cherish this day! ❤️
