Obituary of Dorothy L Barrucci

Dorothy L. (Nelson) Barrucci, 99, a longtime resident of Woburn, passed away at her home on Thursday morning, January 16. She was the wife of the late Ermino J. Barrucci who died in 2007. Born and raised in Burlington, Dorothy was the daughter of the late Tura, and the late Esther Nelson. Before leaving work to concentrate on raising her family, Dorothy worked as a Bank Teller in Boston. Dorothy loved touring the United States and Mexico with her husband and young family in their travel trailer. Dorothy is survived by two sons, Richard Barrucci of Woburn, Peter Barrucci and his wife Mary Ann of Seminole, FL; and five grandchildren, Lisa Cummings, Richard Barrucci, Jr., Joseph Barrucci, Jessica Ellis, and Regan Barrucci. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren, and she was the sister of Lorraine Gustafson of Ft. Myers, FL, Jean Foley of Burlington, and the late Arnold Nelson. Visiting hours will be at the Graham Funeral Home, 3 Arlington Rd., Woburn on Monday, January 20 from 4-8 pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 21 at 10:00 am, followed by burial at the Calvary Cemetery in Winchester.
