Obituary of Mark E. McMahon

Mark E. McMahon, of Milford, NH, formerly of Woburn, passed away at the Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua, NH on Tuesday, February 6, 2024. He was 70 years of age. Born and raised in Woburn, he was the youngest of four children of the late Edward H., and the late Mary E. (Rooney) McMahon. Mark was a graduate of Woburn High School, Class of 1972, and went on to study at the Wentworth Institute of Technology. Mark worked for the Xerox Corporation for many years, retiring as a Project Manager in 2014. Mark was an avid golfer, and in his younger years was known as a skilled hockey player. He had been a resident of Nashua until the past few years, when he found a home at the Pillsbury Home Assisted Living in Milford, NH. Mark is survived by two brothers, Thomas H. McMahon of Morris, Connecticut, and Tim McMahon of Woburn; and he was preceded in death by his sister, the late Carolyn Gibbs. Mark is also survived by several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Charles Borromeo Church in Woburn on Thursday, February 29; followed by burial in the family lot at Calvary Cemetery in Winchester.
