I remember meeting Dan for the first time. He started at Century 21 about a year after I did. My first impression was that he seemed determined to be successful in real estate. I thought this guy might be good at this. Turns out it was like seeing Michael Jordan for the first time and saying he might be able to play basketball. He proved himself to be heads and shoulders above almost everyone in the industry. I lost touch with Dan running in to him once every few years. It was hard not to think of him from time to time because you couldnt drive to far or long before you saw a for sale sign with Dans name on it .A chance encounter 2 years ago led to me joining his real estate team. I met a guy who was calm, at ease, and very content in life. Then my wife and I met Lissette and it was quickly apparent why he was happy. A successful career and a mutual loving relationship was a great thing to see. I have no doubt if there is an afterlife that Dan is well on his way to earning double centurion wings.

I was stunned to hear of Dans passing. My condolences to Dans sister and the entire Fabbri family. May your happy memories out weigh your sorrows in time. Dan was a great guy and a class act . Such a gentleman and a kind person . He always greeted you with a smile and positive up beat conversation . Such a loss to those who knew him .

My brother Danny was my first friend! We had a special language as very young kids, so much so that I would speak to my brother and he would translate what I said to my parents! He was a guiding light thru our young life. We were not angels at times (we did like to push the envelope and Danny's charm would usually win out) but we protected each other! Danny is now with our parents who gave Danny and I the best childhood and adulthood anyone could ask for. Truly a blessed life.
I am so very proud of you my Big B! You gave your heart and your kindness to everyone. By example, you made everyone around you better. I am so very sad and heartbroken that we are not able to grow older together and our lifetime of adventures and love would continue.
You are in our hearts and in our souls and I thank you so very much for the joy and laughter you brought Dave and I. Rest well and know Dave and I carry you with us always.
Love Always, Your Little Sis, Diane and Dave Morgan

Living a few doors down from Dan in Andover on my wife and my daily walks we'd see Dan on his porch usually on the phone but we'd have passing conversations when he wasn't. Just as his obituary stated, an exceptionally easy guy to talk to, immediate friendship bond, genuine, took an active interest, and always enjoyable conversation including giving me tremendously and invaluably helpful business advice during Covid which we tried to repay him in home grown blueberries, which he readily accepted..
Also generously inviting neighbors over for Summer cookouts--an outgoingly friendly and kind individual.
As fellow neighbor, Frank Licata, stated he will be seriously missed making a sizable neighborly impact in the years he's been here.

Dear Diane, Dave & Lissette,
We are so sorry for your loss, we also feel your pain as a very special member of our family has left us. Unfortunately,
Apparently God needed Dan more in Heaven than we did here. We will all miss him so very much.
God Bless you, Love,
